Tono Health helps small practices offer complex care to their patients from a a variety of specialty doctors, virtually.
I was the founding Product designer working with a team of 2 engineers, collaborating with the co-founders and Opps team to create a bespoke provider platform and welcoming patient portal.
In addition to Product work I also designed and oversaw development of the Tono Health marketing website.

User interviews to understand current workflow and scheduling pain points
Crafted user flows and wireframes to ensure each step was accounted for
Optimized the calendar view to surface key integration information
Conducted competitive design and market research
Worked with the co-founders to identify features and design strategically for end users
Managed my own workflow and schedule alongside Engineering capacity
Serif Health

Serif Health is a price transparency platform. I was the founding designer, working closely with a team of 2 engineers to develop a cohesive design system and elegant user experience.
I also designed and oversaw development of the Serif Health marketing website.
