Product & Engineering teams worked in six week sprints using the Basecamp method Shape Up.
In addition to sprint work, collaborated with the Product Manager and VP of Product to develop project briefs and plan for upcoming sprints, QA Test, and check in regularly with Account Managers and Clients.
My contributions:
Executed UX and Visual Design across complex web platform and native apps including marketing needs
Managed the Design System for web and mobile
Developed Wireframes and User Flows for new features
Collaborated closely with Engineering to ensure high quality builds
White labeled the Truepic Vision app so that Clients could offer a seamless and cohesive brand experience to Customers
Led brand identity development that translated to web and mobile products
Crafted thoughtful product visualization illustrations and animations for marketing and sales purposes
